F B Immigration Limited will be involved in Professional Services and Consultancy Services to individuals and Corporate Clients in the matters of UK immigration as per the Immigration Rules and Laws of the UK and as per the Code of Standards as framed by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) from time to time.
For the purpose of providing the services, F B Immigration Limited will treat each client at par and equal irrespective of the status of the client i.e. F B Immigration Limited will not differentiate between an individual or corporate client.
F B Immigration Limited will treat all its clients as equal irrespective of their national, origin, religion, gender, language or belief. F B Immigration Limited will do its best to provide the same level of professional services to all its clients and will not have any bias against any person belonging to any country, religion, gender or group while dealing with their case / application.
If any client feels that any Advisor of F B Immigration Limited is not treating him / her at par with other clients, he / she may submit the complaint against the Advisor to F B Immigration Limited as per the Complaints Policies outlined in other document related to Complaints.
